The Station master house

Greenford, Ealing

The original Mid Century house in Greenford has been extended and fully refurbished using a modern language whilst retaining the essence of its original character. The small rear extension opens with a big window, like a picture frame, to the large and lush garden. The large window cill connected to both the indoor and outdoor spaces increases the clearance for a sociable open plan kitchen diner.

The single-storey volume is formed with bright bricks that contrasts with the original facade's red brick.
